This page explains what information Herba Luxe collects when you use this website and place an order, and how it is used.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect the details you provide in the order form:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address (optional)
- Delivery address
- Order notes (optional)
- The products and quantities ordered
How we use it
This information is used to process, confirm and deliver your order, and to contact you about it if needed. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. Limited, protected order details are also used to measure our advertising, as described under “Analytics and advertising” below.
Where it's stored
Order information is stored securely in our order database. Your name, phone number and delivery address may be shared with the courier who delivers your order, solely for the purpose of completing delivery.
Your device
This site uses your browser's local storage to remember the contents of your bag and any delivery details you've typed in, so you don't have to re-enter them. This information stays on your device and is not shared with us until you place an order.
Analytics and advertising
To understand how visitors use the site and to measure our ads, the site uses Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and an OpenAI ads measurement tag, and may use Microsoft Clarity. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers and record pages viewed, products viewed or added to the bag, WhatsApp clicks and completed orders. When you place an order, we may also send Meta the order value and products together with your phone number, email, name and country in hashed (encrypted, one-way) form, so Meta can match the order to its ads; Meta does not receive these details in readable form from us. You can limit this tracking with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker, and adjust ad preferences in your Facebook and Google account settings.
